Are Excel formulas preserved?
Markdown cannot execute spreadsheet formulas. The conversion focuses on readable cell content, so keep the workbook when calculation logic matters.
Can the converter handle both XLSX and XLS?
Yes, both modern XLSX and legacy XLS extensions are enabled. Older workbooks and unusual formatting may require more cleanup.
What happens with multiple worksheets?
Each sheet is represented in the linear Markdown result. Review sheet headings and remove empty or internal-only worksheets afterward.
